1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at voxtide.gg (the "Site") operated by Voxtide LLC ("Voxtide", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is — and isn't

The Site is currently a pre-launch information page. Its only interactive feature is an email signup form that lets you ask to be notified when our product launches. The Site does not yet provide the Voxtide product, an account, a dashboard, or any paid service. Separate terms will apply when those launch and you choose to use them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher, to submit your email through the Site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit an email address that is not yours or that you are not authorised to submit;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or break the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• attempt to access non-public parts of the Site;
• scrape or harvest content from the Site for purposes that compete with Voxtide;
• use automation to submit the form; or
• use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

5. Email signups

If you submit your email, we will send you a confirmation email and, once you confirm, add you to the launch notification list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email we send, or by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your address.

6. Intellectual property

The content on the Site — including the manifesto text, wordmark, design, and code — is owned by Voxtide or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and link to the Site. You may not republish substantial portions of the manifesto or design without our written permission. Quoting short passages with attribution is fine.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxtide and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Changes to the Site or to these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may revise these Terms; if we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify people who have signed up before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may, at our discretion, remove your email from our list and decline future submissions from you if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time and request deletion of your email per the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the State of Washington, United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
